Hey everyone and welcome to The Diamond Star Sweater! This design is made using dk yarn. The sweater has a striking diamond design on the front and back. The first part of the pattern is measured by gauge. Once the square has been assembled, the pattern then becomes made to measure which turns it into a fun, mindless crochet make! This can be a great project for adding bursts of colour and using up yarn scraps! I look forward to seeing everyone’s version of The Diamond Star Sweater!!!

5mm Hook (or any to obtain gauge).
Dk yarn (any brand as long as you match the gauge) I used Paintbox Simply dk in Buttercup Yellow, Grass Green, Lime Green, Paper White, Rose Red and Pillar Red.
Stitch markers.
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
Tape measure for assembling.
Sharp scissors.
